Fees
The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the tooth needing treatment and the extent of that treatment. Molars are more difficult to treat and therefore the fee is usually more.
During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved. It is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. Insurance
Crescent City Endodontics is an out-of-network provider, which allows us to focus our treatment recommendations on your individual needs rather than the limitations of a particular insurance plan. We accept and work with most dental insurance plans that provide out-of-network benefits. Because every plan is different, the amount your insurance company contributes toward treatment will depend on your specific coverage, deductible, and benefits.
As a courtesy to our patients, our team will file your dental insurance claim on your behalf and provide the necessary documentation to help you receive the benefits available under your plan. We are also happy to assist with benefit verification and provide an estimate of your anticipated insurance reimbursement and out-of-pocket costs before treatment whenever possible. Please remember that insurance benefits are estimates and that the patient is ultimately responsible for any fees not covered by their insurance plan.
